Chassis
Made from
steel sheets, electrically welded in an arch, it forms a rigid supporting
structure. The special structure allows optimal access to all the parts.
Traction unit
Comprises
a transmission bridge with differential: It is moved by an AC engine The
transmission has two drum brakes with optimum performance and duration.
The handbrake is applied by an automatic electromagnetic brake flanged
to the engine.
Driver’s seat
Created to
offer good comfort it is equipped with a comfortable seat. The dashboard
has a battery charge indicator, an ignition key, a horn button and a light
switch.
Brake – Speed and direction control
Obtained
by means of a handle which is connected directly to the steering wheel.
Its directness makes it light and exact. Speed is achieved by turning a
knob much like that on a motorcycle. The direction of travel is selected
by means of a switch with two positions next to the accelerator.
Electric system
It mainly
comprises an AC electronic control and a remote control switch. It enables
the operator to have maximum control over movements. The system and the
AC engine are equipped with an encoder which ensures that the machine maintains
the speed requested by the operator in variable operating conditions. The
machine has batteries that are sized to offer maximum independence.
Wheels
Small in size,
given the size of the vehicle, they are made from super elastic anti-skid
rubber.
Safety devices
The machine complies with the accident
prevention regulations in force regarding its components, performance and
stability.
